Please do not assume that the part will fit just because the date of your vehicle is inside the dates we have advertised; in some cases, the part will be different for a number of reasons; please take the time to check the picture and part number against your part, by doing this you will save yourself a lot of problems if you order the wrong part from us.

Warranty;

All used car parts come with a 30 days return guarantee. A refund cannot be given for parts returned with damaged security markings or different parts. Buyers should check the item after delivery to make sure it matches their order and is not damaged during transit. We are not responsible for any costs as a result of the faulty installation item. We are not able to provide any information regarding fittings, so please seek professional advice from your local garage.

Electrical;

Most electrical items sold without a corresponding unit will need to be programmed into your vehicle for it to work. Please check with your technician to be 100% sure that you know what is involved before you make a purchase and that you are buying the correct part required. You do not want to put yourself in a position where you become an expert after you have purchased the wrong part.

Postage;

If an item has been delayed or possibly lost by the Courier, we can send you another one if we have it in stock, but payment for the replacement item will be needed. If we have not got another one in stock, you have the choice of looking for another one from a different supplier or waiting for the delayed item; only after 15 days will the Courier allow a claim for the item being lost, and only after 15 days can we claim for this item from the Courier and then we can reimburse you. Please remember you have asked us to send you the item via a courier, so please understand that there is a risk of this happening, and we have to abide by the Couriers rules.

Ordered by Mistake;

 20% or a maximum of £7.50 for any orders by Mistake; this charge is to cover our expenses for the work we have to do in refunding you, which is as follows: pick and pack the item, unpack and reshelve the item, relist the item, ask you to agree to the cancellation request and of course refund your eBay account.

Parts Identity;

All of our parts are marked before they are dispatched; these markings include permanent marker pen and UV pen. Please do not remove or clean the marks off the part; if these marks are not visible to us on return, no refund can be given, and there is no exception to this Rule.

 Faulty Parts;

If a part is found to be faulty, it must be reported to us and sent back, so we can send out a replacement as soon as possible (if in stock). Payment for the replacement part is required, and while the faulty part is being returned for us to carry out an investigation into why the part is faulty, we require your help in our investigation and require you to provide us with the details of your garage or the person who fitted the part. Suppose the part has gone onto test equipment. In that case, a copy of the print off of the faults (incorporating the time and date) or a picture of the digital screen with the faults (incorporating the time and date of the faults) is required, and the evidence attached to the part you are returning or emailed to us. We will carry out an investigation, and if the part is tested and found to be faulty, a full refund will be given (not including the return postage).
