The inner Dual Bead Shield creates a single spring action by compressing and allowing the clamp to adjust based on temperature changes. The second spring is the outer band of the Turbo Seal clamp, which is convoluted, heat-treated and electro-polished, to further allow for expansion and contraction due to thermal cycling.

The combination of the Dual Bead Liner and the convoluted band act as a dual spring which compensates to offset the effects of cold flow. As the hose is compressed and the compression set affects the hose, the dual springs help to maintain constant tension on the hose which is how it prevents loss of boost and hose blow off.

The Dual Bead Liner also helps to protect the hose from damages by providing beveled edges that protect against cutting into the expensive silicone hose. The Liner also helps to distribute the band load evenly to provide a sealing force on the hose in all directions. This protects against leak paths that can affect the performance of your engine.

  • a) may return such Goods to the relevant GCG returns address specified on the GCG eBay Store within thirty (30) working days of the date of invoice for refund of the product purchase price. The refund or credit will not include any shipping and handling charges forming part of the purchase price if the return is a change of mind return. If you have received a damaged/faulty item, please reach out to the GCG Customer Service Team as soon as you have noticed the concern..
  • b) Prior to returning the goods, please download and fill up our return authorisation form and submit a return request through eBay Messages to our Customer Service Team. You must return the Goods within five (5) working days of GCG issuing the Credit Return Authorisation Number in the Goods original packaging.
  • c) must prepay shipping charges and insure the Goods or accept the risk of loss or damage during the shipment.
  • d) hose(s) made or cut to size for a customer will not be accepted back for refund.
  • e) custom built products or products which have been especially ordered in for a Customer “Special Order” items will not be accepted for refund.
  • f) close outs, second hand or refurbished parts will not be accepted for refund
  • g) must ensure that the returned Goods are received by GCG in as-new or as-shipped by GCG condition, including conformance to the specifications set out in your invoice and all manuals and other items and brochures included with the Goods must be returned with the
