Dinky Toys version of the 1940's 23b Hotchkiss Grand Prix Racing Car. Model number 23b. This later version with transverse body ribs. Issued from 1946 until 1948. Size is about 1/43rd, version 95 mm long. Repainted silver die cast body. No racing number version. Black rubber wheels on the silver ridged metal hubs.
