Grading Scale:
Mint - Flawless appearing card
NM-Mint - Near flawless card with a few minor blemishes, small light scratches and or light edge wear
Near Mint - Good looking card with multiple light scratches and or light edge wear. 
NM-LP - Heavier scratching and or heavier edge wear. Light to no scratching/edge wear but contains a small indent
LP - Fully intact card but with heavy scratching and or heavy edge wear, small indent/crease
Played - A multitude of creases, indent, heavy scratches, heavy edge wear, part of card missing
