* Random Encounters, Magic item chart, "Roomscape" sheets

* Initially this was held together by 3 metal grommet fasteners.  However, (along with many other Wilmark Dynasty items) this item suffers from moisture exposure and the metal fasteners had some severe rusting - so I removed them.  This has left rust stains near the holes and does bleed in a few sheets.

* Even with the rust stains, not many copies of Roomscapes survived and it also had a smaller print run than the later modules so not many of these are known to exist.

Interested in the item but don't like my price? Most of the time, I try to list things at a reasonable price based on their rarity, condition, etc but I am always open to offers - especially if you are interested in multiple items. I do combine auctions to save on shipping.
