Caring for your goods
We carefully pack your goods to arrive in the condition
they left us.
Weather permitting, we send parcels out daily by reaglugur post or express post if we are experiencing warmer weather. To reduce the chance of your goods melting in
Australia Post trucks over the weekend. Should the temperature be high, we
will hold back your parcel until it is safe to send.
Once you receive your order, we recommend you
open the parcel to check the goods. If you have any concerns, please send
us a message.
Please ensure your
goods are stored in a cool, dry, temperature-stable environment away from direct sunlight.
Always store your rock candy in a cool dry place away from
direct sunlight or heat.
?Do not store in the refrigerator.
?Avoid putting candy in a car boot in summer as the temperature
inside may be too hot.
?Avoid opening any jars or bags of rock candy until they are to
be consumed. If your candy is packaged in 1kg bulk bags, they are best stored
flat in a single layer in a cool dry area.
?If you are repackaging your rock candy, do so in small amounts
(one bag at a time) in a cool dry area.
?Always wear latex gloves and use a scoop when repackaging rock
candy. Avoid touching the candy to be hygienic, also as moisture from your
hands may cause the candy to become sticky.
?Ensure your rock candy is kept airtight and packaged in
something with a good seal (jars with a sealed lid, sealed bags, etc).
?If you do need to package your candy in boxes or items that are
not sealed airtight, we recommend placing the packaged items inside a large
sealable tub or container with a lid until they are to be consumed. In this
case, try to package the candy as close to the event date as possible.
