This is a original  1962 Vietnam War USN USMC  Pilot's survival kit Sea Water Desalter assembly kit type Mark 2 Type II. The kit is still complete in the can and has not been opened.  This was used by a pilot while floating in a raft in the ocean to convert sea water into fresh drinking water.  It is 4 x 5 x 2 inches.This items is being sold as a collectible.   Payment should be received within 10 days of auction closing unless prior arrangements have been made.
