   Describe:
  • Net content: 400g
  • Apply this solution (F1) to hair, leaving aside 1 or 2 cm at the root and leave on for about 10-15mins at room temperature.
  • Rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water, then towel dry.
  • Do not color the hair for 14 days before the treatment.
  • Never use the cream if your scalp is irritated or injured.

  • Apply 2 solution ( neutralizer ) about 10mins

  • Rinse thoroughly with lukeweam water,then towel dry.

  • Standard usage amount is 80ml per use per person.


  Before the treatment :


  • Do not color the hair for 14 days before the treatment.

  • Never use the cream if your scalp is irritated or injured.

        

   After the treatment :
  • 1. Do not to shampoo, wet or style your hair for 48 hours.
  • 2. Wait minimum 14 days to do the color again.
  • 3. Use special haircare products. Protein and moisture are the important elements in these kind of products.

    We generally accept return and refund requests if:

  • The product arrives damage,

  • Change of mind or unauthorized purchases (Please be advised that although eBay will accept change of mind return requests automatically, you will still be charged for returning freight.) If the product arrived opened or used when we receive, you may be charged more.
  • Refund is done via Paypal Only, even though the original payment is done with Credit Card, due to eBay policies. We don't accept any offline refund request.

    Please note that we only approve return and refund requests within 15 days of arrival, due to the storage consideration. We highly recommend checking the product immediately when arrival.
