Shipping Information

Domestic Shipping (Lower 48 States):

• FedEx Standard: 2-5 business days after shipment
• Ships from multiple US locations

Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico: USPS shipping available

Not Available: APO/FPO addresses or P.O. Boxes (FedEx limitation)

Important: Verify your shipping address at checkout. We cannot redirect packages shipped to incorrect addresses due to customer error.

Payment & Policies

Payment: Processed securely at checkout. Payment is required to begin service.

Cancellations: Due to the nature of this custom service, orders cannot be cancelled after payment.

Sales Tax: Applied to residents of states where we maintain physical locations (calculated at checkout)

Signature Requirements:

• All returns require signature confirmation
• Orders over $750 require signature at delivery

Undeliverable Packages: If FedEx returns a package as undeliverable, additional shipping charges apply for reshipment. Orders with no response within 3 days may be cancelled with a restocking fee.
