Made from a high quality natural slate with a flat and even surface,  the numbers and design are engraved deeply into the slate and filled with a durable enamel in your choice of colour.  The edges of the slate have been filed and buffed back to a smooth finish.

The slate will vary slightly in colour from black to dark grey.  The finished sign is sealed with a stone sealer which further deepens the colour of the slate and really makes the engraving stand out. 

Comes pre drilled and complete with mounting kit (screws, wall plugs and decorative black screw covers).  Alternatively we can supply an undrilled plaque if you wish to bond in place with your own caulk or adhesive, just let us know after checkout.

Choice of size,12x12cm is suitable for single digits, 15x15cm is suitable for up to three digits. We will scale each design to fill out the whole plaque, so a single digit number will be enlarged if the 15x15cm size is chosen, likewise triple digits will be engraved slightly smaller.

You can have the border painted a different colour to the numbers, and we can also leave the sign unpainted for a more natural look.  Just send us a message with any special requirements.
