Jacquard - Marbling Kit (JAC9609)

The Jacquard Marbling Kit contains everything you need to have a go at the ancient art of paper marbling (although you will need to supply the paper/fabric). Sorry kids, no marbles included either.

The technique involves floating paints on the surface of a gel-like medium (known as the “marbling size”) and then transferring this floating design onto paper or fabric.

This traditional technique gives professional results, and a unique design every time.  

Full instructions and all supplies you need are included in this kit:

  • Six Marbling Colours - Yellow, Red, Violet, Blue, White & Black (15ml of each) 
  • Synthetic Gall
  • Alum (mordant)
  • Carrageenan
