Here is one Marvel INCREDIBLE HULK Titan Heroes Large Action Figure released in 2016.

I see this one advertised as 11”, 11.5”, and 12”. I don’t know which one is correct.
I included a photo with a ruler so you can decide for yourself.

This Figure is used, but in very good condition. Nothing broken. Joints are tight, like right out of the package.
