We will open and inspect your record upon request, then pack it outside of the jacket for shipping. 

Shipping / Operations

Your item will be packed tightly to avoid movement during shipping as we understand that you want it to arrive in the condition described. 

If you have an issue, please contact us immediately. We are very happy to have earned 100% customer satisfaction and are dedicated to keeping it that way.

Our average time to ship is within 1 business day after receipt of payment. Most US shipments are delivered within 9 days, but please allow 15 days before calling it late.
