- Immediate payment is required at checkout when applicable.
- Orders typically ship within 3 business days or earlier after payment is received, excluding weekends and holidays.
- Most items ship via USPS with tracking, though we reserve the right to use alternate carriers when necessary.
- Tracking will automatically be provided through eBay once your order ships.
- Priority Mail is not a guaranteed delivery service.
- We ship internationally through the eBay International Shipping Program where available.
- Orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or locations outside the continental United States may be canceled if shipping costs exceed the calculated rate.
- Expedited shipping may be available. Please send us a message for details.
- We cannot ship using buyer-provided shipping accounts.
- Serial numbers or identifying marks may be recorded prior to shipment.
- Buyer is responsible for verifying compatibility before purchase.

- We offer a 30-day return period from delivery.
- Returns must include the same item originally shipped.

- Free returns in select categories only.
- Some items may ship from our Albuquerque warehouse.
