If you have a working mat that is in good condition, you can submit it for an upgrade. You will receive a credit equal to the full original value of your mat to put towards the purchase of another mat(s) whose total value is at least twice the price of the one you are upgrading.
Important: Temperature Coverage Tips
For optimal heating, cover the mat with a blanket or towel (preferably a terry towel). When the mat is covered or you lie on it, heating begins immediately and reaches maximum temperature in approximately 30–40 minutes. Without coverage, you'll be heating the air rather than your body.
Controller Operation
- Power Switch: Flip the power switch ON. The light indicates power is active. Use this switch to turn the power OFF.
- Temperature Control: Turn the dial clockwise to increase heat, or counterclockwise to decrease heat.
- LED Display: The red LED display shows the actual current temperature. Once you start turning the dial, it displays your selected temperature for a few seconds, then returns to showing the actual temperature.
