We ship using eBay approved shipping providers which offer reliable services. Tracking numbers are provided whenever possible. In most cases you should be able to track the shipment status on your eBay order details (as provided by eBay) or from the shipper's website.

Combined shipping: when you add all items to your shopping cart and check out in the end, eBay will automatically combine shipping whenever applicable. If you purchase each item separately, eBay will not automatically combine shipping and we will not be able to refund after payment. Multiple orders may be shipped in one package or separately.

Excluded Shipping Locations: we do NOT ship to certain locations within certain countries as these are non-deliverable by the shipper. No shipping locations are determined by the shipper and the following are examples:

 Israel: Gaza, West Bank (Israeli address must provide 7-digit postal code; 5-digit not accepted for delivery)

 Mexico: remote locations such as Villa de Guadalupe, Villa de Reyes, Santa Mara del Ro, Misantlahip

If your delivery address is non-deliverable by the shipper, your order will be cancelled and refunded.
