In Fair Used Condition - This great looking men's casual shirt has some flaws but will still make a nice additional to any man's casual wardrobe. First, on the front and roughly 4 inches from the bottom is a 1/2 tear that mostly hidden by the button flap. If worn tucked, this flaw will not be seen. There's also a tiny dark spot on the front. The bigger issue is apparently some paint got on the shirt. Some is still on one of the sleeves. I removed most from the back of the shirt but my cleaning left the fabric a little distressed. I've highlighted all of these issues in the attached photos and have deeply discounted the price to account for these flaws.
