Bob4Bass Umbrella/Spinnerbait Skirts w/Tails are hand-tied with a flexible thread and allows for near perfect color separation around the skirt perimeter. The 88 strands are adhered to a silicone core that contains a center hole for quick and easy installation. Every skirt is designed so that each silicone strand is properly positioned to avoid tangles and bunching. The skirt pulsates on the retrieve to provide an enticing target that gamefish just can’t resist. This skirt is the perfect spinnerbait, Chatterbait, or buzz bait skirt. The tail is glued to the bottom portion of the core on the inside creating durability while allowing the tail to breathe. The tail can be trimmed to any length up to 4 inches.

SHIPPING;
I ship orders within 24 hours of the purchase. A large order may be the exception. Those orders usually ship not more than 48 hours.
My shipping is $4.49 for first item and all other items ship FREE. Using the shopping cart, one could buy every item in the store and shipping is $4.49.
I do combine orders but, I charge $1.00 for each separate purchase when I send the refund for over payment of shipping fees. eBay told me there is no reason buyers cannot use the shopping cart.
Once I take the package to the Post Office. I DO NOT control the package anymore. That is the responsibility of the USPS. Whenever there is a delay in the movement of the package the USPS usually puts a note (in transit) on the tracking information. This means that there is inclement weather or a natural disaster which delays or diverts the package to another facility. This will cause the package to be delayed. I honor refunds in this situation. A refund does not mean when the package arrives it yours to keep. Do not open package write on the package return to sender and put in your mailbox. It is the honest thing to do. Or you can contact me and pay for the item.
