My name is Gionatan Tarchi and I am obsessed with truffles.
I was born in Umbria, an area famous in the world for its truffles culture.
In my career I worked with chefs in the kitchen and now I find myself working for chefs, aiming to find the best truffles for them, the best in shape, aroma and marbling.
We, as a Company, aim to provide the darkest truffles with perfect marbling as possible all year around. Most chefs are used to receiving good truffles only during European Autumn and Winter and we are trying to let them use the pefect truffles in their dishes at all times
Not only do I have a special bond with the territory, even stronger is the bond I have with the truffle hunters, some of them were my elementary and middle school fellows, we shared life when at our early stages and now we reconnected through our passion for truffle.
