The script attached explains that this is the first year it will be telecast (broadcast for TV). It includes the date of the event at Sunday, February 26 (no year), however, google says the first telecast event was 1960. The only way for people to watch it in the Norfolk area was to purchase tickets at Ingrams on Military Highway.
