1995 drama All Things Fair also known as Lust och fägring stor starring Johan Widerberg, Marika Lagercrantz, Tomas von Brömssen and directed by Academy Award nominee Bo Widerberg.

The Story: Set in Malmö, Sweden during the Second World War, Stig has a crush on Viola, his 37-year old teacher. He is attracted by her beauty and maturity. She is drawn to him by his youth and innocence, plus he is a relief from her drunken miserable husband. They start a passionate and forbidden relationship - but it has consequences neither could have expected.

Comments: All Things Fair turned out to be brilliant Swedish writer-director Bo Widerberg's elegy: after a long history of successful and emotionally captivating films, this film was his last. The viewer can't help but notice the autobiographical story by the passion and vivid recreation of WWII Sweden - as it was when Mr Widerberg himself was the lead character's age. The film's lead actor is the director's son, Johan Widerberg, who will undoubtedly carry on the family tradition in Swedish cinema history. Director Widerberg passed away in 1997, after a long fight with cancer. All Things Fair was Oscar-nominated for Best Foreign Language film, plus nominated or awarded numerous other honors.

Per the label, the film has 132 minute running time and is presented in widescreen 1.78:1 format;  with Swedish audio (only), optional English subtitles. This movie-on-demand MOD archive title on recorded media is new and factory sealed. The DVD disc is Region 1, NTSC format, specifically designed to play on DVD players in North America.
