ITEM DETAIL: Cabinet photo of "UNKNOWN 19th Century ACTRESS". It Looks somewhat like British Actress, KATE VAUGHAM ( 1852-1903 ). Photo was taken in New York by Sarony. Dedication on front is written in black fountain pen and reads, "To Sternberg from an American Woman." Constantin Sternberg was a Russian Composer, Pianist and Teacher. Born in St. Petersburg, Russia, Died in Philadelphia, USA. Material: Cabinet Photo Patina: minor toning. Damage: no bends, tears, minor edge wear Repairs: None Imperfections: minor paper lost to corners. Origin: USA Date: Late 19th century Authentic: yes Size: Photo is 4" X 8".. CONDITION: This is in very good vintage condition, with a little lost to backing paper on the rear ( see Pix )
