Our guards are designed to protect your motor housing from damage from debris, roots and rocks. We only use the highest quality aviation alloys due to its high strength-to-weight ratio (WEIGHT OF THE GUARD IS JUST 158 GRAMS), being more flexible than steel means our manufacturing team can mould for a perfect fit and offers better impact resistance.
We use a brushed finish on our guards which allows for excellent adhesion and strength when hard anodised black and is extremely hard wearing.
Protect E-MTB guards have been fully tested in some of the harshest condition.
Fixings : extra long bolts provided . Please note guard requires a 6mm hole to be drilled through the motor cover at the rear as we use a nut/bolt fixing for a super rock solid fit. We supply instructions, fitting is very easy and takes no more than 10 minutes.
Our guard fits : WHYTE E-150, E-160, E-180 (Please note this is only recommended for models with the rear derailleur cable modification)
