This playset celebrates the special relationship between the winged horse Pegasus and its fairy friends as seen in the DVD Barbie Mariposa and the Fairy Princess. The movie brings back the beloved fairy in a new role, as an ambassador to a faraway fairy kingdom, where she meets and befriends the local fairy princess who travels by chariot.

In Shimmervale, Mariposa befriends Princess Catania™, a crystal fairy who hasn't flow in many years. Instead, she flies through her kingdom with the help of a beautiful flying friend - Sophie, the Pegasus! The winged horse draws Princess Catania's chariot through the skies, until Catania conquers her fears and flies on her own again.

This beautiful Pegasus has wings that flutter up and down as the chariot is pushed forward, echoing the magical flight of this loyal friend in the movie. Clouds and sprites at the wheels of the chariot also move up and down when the chariot rolls, like they're floating by in the sky. Catania™ and Mariposa® dolls can stand in the chariot, and take off into their next adventure together!

  • Any items that are being sent via a courier MAY incur an extra charge when shipping to Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, UK Islands and remote international areas. These surcharges are the responsibility of the buyer and no items will be dispatched until they have been paid.

    On the very rare occasions that something goes wrong we will gladly assist any buyer.

  • If you have items that you suspect may be lost in transit.  We do ask that you have patience in this matter and allow time for the parcel to arrive.  If it has not arrived within what you feel is a reasonable period, please contact us.
  • If you have received a damaged item.  Please ensure that you retain all packaging and contact us immediately via eBay messages.

    Boxes/Packaging may show signs of wear, such as where stickers have been removed.  In exceptional cases damage to the original box may result in a replacement brown box being used.
