- All items come with 90 days Return To Base warranty for peace of mind. Therefore if your item develops an issue within 90 days from the date of purchase, you will need to return it to us and our engineers will repair your laptop and return it back to you. Your item could take up to 5 days to be repaired before it is returned back to you. If we are unable to repair your item we will look to replace your laptop with another of similar specification, to note the make and model and screen size may differ.
All items purchased from GadgetsXpress Limited come complete with a minimum 3 Month RTB Warranty (unless stated otherwise) which starts the moment you sign for your parcel.
In the unlikely event your item develops a fault within 30 days of delivery, GadgetsXpress Limited will repair or replace your item accordingly. Alternatively, if you prefer you are entitled to a full refund upon the safe return and inspection of the item purchased.
If your item develops a fault after 30 days from delivery you will be entitled to a repair or replacement only. This does not affect your statuary rights.
Should you require a repair, replacement or refund, please contact us via eBay for your Returns Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) code along with address details for return. Please ensure that you have an RMA number for return, returning an item without authorisation and an RMA number will lead to an Unauthorized Return request.
Upon returning your item, please ensure all files you require to keep are backed up. GadgetsXpress Limited will endeavour to repair your item without data loss, however if the repair requires a replacement part or Operating System re-installation, GadgetsXpress Limited Limited will take no responsibility for file loss/corruption.
***Please note*** All items must be returned via courier. It is recommended that a "signed for" service is used for peace of mind. We do not accept any responsibility for Return costs after 30 days from purchase and/or loss/damage in transit of any kind. Any items being returned back to you will be done so free of charge via APC Recorded delivery.
If your item is unwanted or purchased in error, please note that you have 30 days to return it to us for a full refund. We are unable to process a refund for an unwanted item beyond 30 days from delivery.
