Returns
- 30 day return policy unless
otherwise noted.
- You must obtain an RMA
authorization before returning your purchase. Please message us for an
RMA.
- All merchandise must be new and
unused and returned in original packaging.
- All open returns are subject to
a 20% restocking fee.
- If your item is damaged, do NOT
ship it back to us. Instead, we will send the carrier to pick it up and
send a replacement or refund.
- It is the responsibility of the
buyer to package returns properly.
- Damaged returns due to
insufficient packaging will not be refunded.
- Returns must include the
original packaging with all the packing material, accessories and
paperwork in the correct part of the box.
- Returns must be over-boxed. Do
not ship returns in the retail box only.
- Return Authorizations are only
valid for 30 days.
- If we receive your return after
30 days from the date of authorization, it will be returned to sender
without being refunded or replaced.
