In the very unlikely event that your item is lost or damaged during post, then WE are responsible and will issue either a full refund or replacement.
Please be aware that is courier was attemted to deliver parcel 3 times after it come back to us. In this Case £6 handling fee will be applied and deducted from total refund amount
