All our orders have a 20 day return policy to inspect your package if it is what you've ordered, shipping charges are non refundable. Items that are shipped free, If they are returned, we will refund back less the cost we paid to ship them, No Return/Exchange On All consumable items (e.g., film, memory cards, filters, tapes, paper, bulbs, CD, DVDs, etc.) once unwrapped.
