Area 1: "tracking" is the tracking mode, "spectrum" is the spectrum mode; long press F1 to switch between tracking mode and spectrum mode.
Area 2: Independent monitoring frequency (by default this function is OFF). Method to turn on this function: enter the frequency you want to detect in the "Center" area and long press F2. Then, the frequency will be displayed and the signal power of the frequency will be displayed continuously.
Area 3: when in tracking mode, this area will display the frequency and power of the weakest signal; when in spectrum mode, this area will display the frequency and power of the strongest signal.
Area 4: area “Center”, this area display the frequency and power of signal. You can enter 7 digits number frequency directly by keyboard, ignore the decimal point; or enter quickly in this way:
Example: Input 4, 1 and F3 to input 410.0000MHz.
Area 5: "Res BW" is for bandwidth selection, you can only use up and down keys to select the following 10 bandwidth:
5K, 10K, 12.5K, 25K, 50K, 100K, 200K, 250K, 400K, 500K
Area 6: "Span" is for spectrum range, which mean the range around the center frequency; it can only be adjusted up and down by using the up and down keys (will change the matching bandwidth accordingly). Note: If the adjustment is too large or too small, the spectrum scanning is too slow or other errors occur, you can reselect "Res BW". Each time you reselect "Res BW", the "Span" spectrum range will return to the best value.
Area 7: the time Each refresh of the "Swp" spectrum will takes
8: Power scale, unit: dBm.
Key function:
0-9 numeric key: input frequency
F1 key: short press the key to cycle between "Center", "Res BW" and "Span" modes( the value will change color when specified mode is selected); Long press the key and hold to switch between the "tracking" mode and "spectrum" mode.
F2 key: short press the key is the backspace key when enter frequency, long press the key will display the “ Independent Monitoring Frequency”.
Up and down keys: increase or decrease the value of the selected number. When the center frequency is selected, it is the fine-tuning frequency. The fine-tuning step varies according to the selected bandwidth.
F3/F4 key: When the center frequency is selected, the frequency is increased or decreased by 1MHz. also, F3 has the function of fast input frequency.
Specfication:
Frequency range: 136~173MHz, 400~470MHz, the actual range will be a little wider without limitation.
Amplitude range: - 127~0dBm
RF socket: BNC
Power supply: external 12V/1A power supply is required, and DC 5.5 * 2.1 socket is used.
