When items are shipped priority mail, they come with insurance; if the item is broken during shipping it is your responsibility to file a claim at USPS. We did not break your item. Pictures are part of our disclaimer/description, please make sure you view all photos and read description. If there is a problem, notify us within 3 days of receiving the item.
