COMBINED SHIPPING PLEASE READ:

Put all the cards you want into the cart. Click "request total". I will then send a combined invoice. The App does not have the "request total" function for some reason so you need to use a desktop or laptop computer. 

Another option is buy all the cards separate, do not pay, then I can send a combined total. Again for whatever reason the App makes you auto pay. So this will not work on the App.

If you only have the App I can refund the extra shipping paid no problem.
