BC0923 Advice: Don't fit your shoes too tight, eliminate dead space but ensure the shoe isn't too tight as this will create hot spots that may cause blisters.

• Climbing shoes are unique, two different styles will not fit the same. Softer climbing shoes need a tighter fit and stiffer shoes can be worn with a looser fit.
• Your feet will swell during any normal day from a 1/2 size to a full size, trying the shoes on in the afternoon is advisable.
• Synthetic uppers won't stretch and these will fit the same in 6 months time, you should have no hotspots when you are up on your toes.
