VOS will arrange delivery right to your door. We want you to get your new parts as efficiently and safely as possible, so we use a trusted courier company. Once payment has cleared into our account, we will dispatch within 1-2 working days.
As part of the delivery process we require a current delivery address and contactable mobile telephone number (should the courier company need to contact you) before the item is shipped. WITHOUT A CONTACT PHONE NUMBER WE CANNOT DISPATCH YOUR ITEM. If you do not provide this to us after purchase you may cause delays in receiving your item.
We cannot ship to PO Boxes as you will need to sign for your item. A tracking number will be sent to the winning bidder once the item is dispatched. It is the buyers' responsibility to make sure someone is at the address to sign for the goods.

PICK-UP IS AVAILABLE from Sydney by arrangement ONLY. If you are considering PICK UP it is important to make arrangement. The following conditions do apply:

1. Once payment has cleared into our account you will be emailed all necessary Pick Up details. All pick-ups must be arranged so a suitable time is agreed to.
   
2. Payment MUST be paid and cleared into our account before pick-up is made. There is strictly NO C.O.D unless arrangements have been made with us prior to pick up.
