This is a USB Reader for the Mini Standard SIM Card 2FF ONLY. Part number ACR38T-IBS. Has a switch on the back for ejecting the SIM, and an LED light on the back. Software or drivers NOT included. If it is plugged into windows 10, a driver will install, and a "CCID smart card reader" will appear in the Device Manager (see last image). This reader was part of a Military kit that was never used, so it is basically new. Some have a small label on it, that will peel off easily.
