Katrina and Jan (1923) by Alice Cooper Bailey. Illustrated by Herman Rosse. Published by P.F. Volland Company (NY, Chicago, Toronto) in 1923, publishing page states this copy as a 10th Edition. This is a very sweet little picture book with lovely illustrations on nearly every page. There are 16 full-page, full-color illustrations by Rosse, along with many in-text, full-color illustrations. 

Condition: ACCEPTABLE Most faults with this book appear on the boards. It is hardback, bound in paper, featuring a red/white design all over, with an illustration on the front to accompany the title. This paper covering is in pretty poor condition especially around the spine where it is peeling away. The edges and corners of the boards are quite worn. Inside, the pages do have what appears to be dirt or mildewing around the binding of the pages, but otherwise there are no markings or other faults beyond some finger smudging. All pages appear to be present (they are unnumbered), with no tears or creasing. All illustrations are bright and clean, and, if framed, would make lovely artwork for a children's nursery or otherwise!
