This cosplay has only been worn a few times for filming videos and has never been worn out anywhere. Condition is like new with some wrinkles from closet. The size is a women's small and it comes with Chiaki's backpack, shirt, coat/jacket, wig, skirt, and a Monomi plush.

The wig has some "crimps" from crimper (see photos). The pink ribbon is missing from costume.
