These are fabulous wine kits from Canada. They each produce 30 bottles of perfect wine in 4 weeks and come in a huge range of varietal grape styles. To make them you just need normal winemaking equipment ie 2 x 30 litre brewing vessels, lids and airlocks, steriliser, hydrometer, syphon kit plus 30 bottles with suitable closures. Each kit is complete and no sugar needed.

Following the Canadian manufacturers improved methods of grape juice concentration their kits now contain less volume but more concentrated grape juice simply because more water is removed before packing. Exactly the same quality wine will be produced at home but less juice means less packaging, less weight to transport and more kits per lorry and container. These kits now contain 8 litres of juice but replace the 10 litre kits.

This range of Winexpert Classic wine kits replaces the Vintners Reserve and World Vineyard wines and also is exactly the same kits as the sister range the Vineco Original Series..
