This is a 289 Hipo / K code counterweight / hatchet with NEW Cloyes timing chain set for 1965-1967 Ford mustang, Shelby, Cobra, k code.  

The lower timing gear has been machined to accommodate the hipo counterweight, just like an original gear. 

Comes with roll pin to attach counterweight to lower timing gear.

To use on a 1963 and 1964 289 Hipo you would need a thrust plate.
