This is a Star Trek "The Next Generation" Shuttlecraft Magellan CD Holder from 1997.  This is in excellent condition for being 25 years old.

note:  the lines you can see, particularly in the first picture, are not cracks.  They are simply lines in the color of the plastic from the original molding process.
