Our items typically ship via USPS or UPS. Same day shipping (typically until 3pm CST, which varies depending on carrier arrival time). Next day, overnight, and 1 day shipping options will be same day shipped until 4pm CST.

We ship all items to United States only. International shipping is provided by Ebay global shipping program and is calculated once the items are placed in the shopping cart.

ICT Billet LLC is not responsible for missing or lost packages once they are picked up by the carrier.

PayPal: We accept payments through PayPal,Credit card, Debit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay,PayPal ,visa,or master card when purchasing our products through eBay.

eCheck Issues: Many people do not realize when paying via eCheck that those payments do not clear immediately. You will have to wait up to 7 business days after completing checkout for the payment to clear. We are unable to ship your order until payment has cleared.

Auction Payments: We understand that you cannot always be available to pay immediately at the close of the auction. We give 4 days to complete payment or the item will be relisted.

It is the customers responsibility to get the item postmarked to us within the 60 day return period in NEW, UNUSED condition. If you decide to return your item for any reason please send the items back to the below address along with your receipt or packing slip. Package all items carefully so that they are not damaged during shipping. Items returned past 60 days or damaged will not be refunded. These items will be returned at the buyers expense. Refunds will be processed quickly when package arrival.
