Holland & Sherry's Dakota Plains is woven from the highest quality strong merino wool. Woven in the classic structures of Cavalry Twill. 

Cavalry Twill is a woven fabric, with distinctive double lined steep twill. It is a firm, warp-faced, hard wearing cloth. This well rounded merino yarn results in a robust, durable and wearable fabric, ideal for tailoring. 

It is a durable, fine-finished 100% super 150’s wool worsted fabric, lighter than traditional cavalry twills (around 10.5oz/300gsm), featuring a distinctive double twill weave, perfect for versatile, all-season suits, jackets, and trousers, known for its strength and sophisticated matte look.
