On the base of the dish it is marked: 0502  1 1/2 PT.  TRADE MARK 35 PYREX MADE IN USA OVEN WARE. 

There is a small factory glaze flaw on the low corner of the dish, near the base. The interior of the dish is clean and unstained.

The lid has a bit of roughness around its outer edge. It is in otherwise good condition. It is marked: 502 - C.
