Made from natural slate which has been polished to a gentle lustre, each piece of slate exhibits a range of dark grey and black tones. The design is engraved into the slate and filled with vibrant enamel in your choice of colour (white, gold, silver). The slate is then treated with a sealer to enhance the dark colouration and really make the engraving stand out. The edges of the sign have been gently rounded over and the supplied black screw covers complete the polished and sophisticated look. This finely crafted sign will last a lifetime.
Your sign will come pre drilled and complete with fixings (screws, rawl plugs and decorative screw covers). You can also mount with your own caulk or adhesive if preferred, just let us know and we can leave it undrilled.
Please leave your desired number and road name in the personalisation box upon checkout. You can select your preferred font and engraving colour from the drop down boxes. Suitable for up to three digits, we will size the engraving to best fill out the sign, triple digit numbers will be engraved slightly smaller than the listing photos. If you don't require your road name then the number will be enlarged to fill out the whole sign.

A final note on quality: Our slate really is the highest quality available, we only use freshly quarried slate, no reclaimed rubbish. The slate is also completely free of impurities such as iron pyrite (this can show as sparkles of gold through some poor quality slates and will rust eventually leaking rusty streaks across your sign). The finish of each sign is square and even and the listing photographs are of our actual finished pieces so you can see exactly how they are.
