HAND CROCHETED Tartan Pink & White "Curve Scarf" & Matching Purse (iv)
This could be one or two Gifts...
This is a "MOSAIC" crocheted Curve Scarf and a matching Zip Purse. Made in chunky weight yarn, so it is lovely and warm and soft.
You can keep it or give it as a gift saying you made it! I won't tell...
The curve scarf allows the wearer to have the scarf curved around their neck to stave off any gaps and cold.
The front is a Tartan or "Coorie" design and the reverse is a striped design as are all patterns using "Mosaic" crochet patterns.
"Coorie" is Scottish for snuggle/nestle.
There is a pretty twisted fringe at each end of the scarf, as shown in my pictures.
The scarf is approx 76.5" long and 6.75" wide and suitable for all ages.
The Zip Purse has an "Apache Tears" mosaic crochet pattern, in the same colours as the scarf.
The purse is approx 11" x 6" with an 8" red zip. There is a red, silver, pink & white glass heart charm attached to the zip with a lobster clasp, so it can be removed if required.
It is pink & white, exactly as shown in my pictures.
It has approx 1.25" gusset at the bottom, as shown in my pics.
It can be used as a pencil case, make up purse, receipts holder, crochet hooks, scissors, combs etc... Or anything else you can think of.
They are both made from two different yarns - Cotton & Acrylic and Acrylic & Nylon blends of chunky weight, which have a soft feel.
