Brand new in the factory sealed box.  Roland has discontinued this ink for the newer TR2 ink.  If you haven't gone through the conversion process yet, this TR ink will get you by. 

If you are ready to upgrade to TR2 ink, here is the process:

· Start process with TR inks in place.

· Upgrade printer firmware to 2.6 if not already

· Download the firmware updater, VersaWorks installer/updater & manual for ink switching from the special download page.  Start by going to https://www.rolanddga.com/support/upgrades/truevis & entering your printer serial number.

· Upgrade firmware to 4.0

· Refer to the manual (you just downloaded) for ink switching, switch ink from TR to TR2

· Change ink pouch for wiper cleaning on right end of printer from TR-CL to TR2-CL.

· Upgrade VersaWorks
