The Bara Brith is a multi-award-winning fruit loaf baked to a traditional Pembrokeshire farmhouse recipe using tea-soaked vine fruits, marmalade and spices. Tany Y Castell are proud that all the baking remains to be done by hand. The exclusive baking process allows the flavours in the cake to develop, resulting in a moist cake.

 Made without butter or margarine, this is a low-fat treat that you can enjoy without the guilt! Personally I do suggest that the loaf is delightful sliced, slathered in Welsh Salted Butter and devoured with a cup of hot tea though!!!!
