SimPure DB20P Whole House Water Filter Housing for 1" NPT Thread Inlet/Outlet Filtration System (filter not including)

Whole house water filter housing for sediment filter, compressed activated carbon filter, granular activated carbon filter, ect, you can have peace of mind that it can purify the water coming into your home, make your family drink. It can keep the particles out of the pipes and plumbing fixtures, less maintenance for the downstream pipeline, water purifier, water heater, wall hung gas boiler, wash machine, shower, and other terminal water equipment.

 

 

 

High-Quality Material

This whole house filter bottle is made of food-grade polypropylene. It is odorless, tasteless, non-toxic, high temperature resistant, and excellent corrosion resistance. Hard to break when subjected to heavy pressure or impact, and never leave scratches.

 

1" NPT Water Inlet / Outlet

The product has 1" NPT water inlet and outlet to ensure high water flow. It can filter large capacity of water and provide sufficient purified water.

 

Easy Installation

This whole house water filter housing is designed to provide security and ease of use. Come with a wrench and built-in red pressure-relief button for easy filter replacement. Relief pressure and screw off and on, replace filter cartridges with the wrench.

PP Sediment Filter---100% melt-blown thin fiber, Multi-layered Polypropylene. 

It's usually placed as the first stage of the water filtration system to remove rust, iron, sand, silt and particulates from water. As the first line of defense in the filtration system. It's a best choice for removing fine sediment from well water / hard water / city water / municipal water / drinking water, etc.

Standard Universal Filter Cartridge:
5 Micron replacement sediment water filter cartridge, 20" Length by 4.5" Outside Diameter. Compatible with a wide rage of industrial filter housings, fit for whole house filtration system.

Higher Dirt-Holding Capacity:
Three separate gradient density layers enhance cartridge performance. It can remove more contaminants, large and fine particles from well/city/municipal water, such as sand, dirt, silt, iron and rust particles. Does a better job and more capacity than the 10" filter.

Longer Service Lifetime:
For better water quality, recommended replace TWO or THREE times a year, depending on the quality of the original water source and application type. Recommended change out differential pressure is 30psi(2.1bar).

Protect Process Equipment:
Designed to prevent dirt and sediment particles from entering and clogging the main filter unit. Be sure to install these before your water softener, well water filtration system, hot water heater, etc. Maximum operating temperature is 176˚F(80˚C)
