⦁    All items come from a smoke free home; however, we do have dogs. If you are allergic to dogs, please keep that in mind when you are purchasing or bidding.

Depending on the item, payment may be required immediately or three days will be given to make a payment. If the payment has not been received by the 4th day, an unpaid item case will be opened with eBay automatically.

Returns
⦁    There are no returns accepted, unless stated otherwise.
However, in the event the buyer communicates with the seller, and a return is accepted, the buyer will pay the return shipping cost. We try our best to depict both image and description of items to the best of our ability. There may be slight changes in color depending on the camera that is used, lighting or screen resolution. You can also use the zoom function provided to look over each item, enabling you to see a clearer image of the picture and or item to know what you’re purchasing.

Shipping

Please ensure your shipping address and information is correct and complete through your PayPal account to ensure the proper delivery of your package. Shipping that is provided is either first class mail or priority flat rate shipping through the USPS, depending on the weight. We only ship within the U.S. We don’t ship internationally at this time. Shipping costs include shipping supplies, handling and tracking, allowing both buyer and seller to track the package. Once the package has left my possession, responsibility is passed on to you, buyer. I only have access to the same information you do via the tracking number. Orders are usually shipped within the first business day, once payment is cleared, but I do allow two business days for shipping. Depending on the item (hair products, skin care) we may add tape to the lid, in an attempt to prevent spills during shipment.
I also purchase on eBay and know how important it is to receive items in a timely manner. I keep that in mind when I am shipping.
