1. If you decide to return your item, please contact us within 14 days from the date of receipt and let us know of your decision and we will give you full refund
2. We require buyers to cover shipping charges when they send their item back for return must be returned in its original condition and with all the original tags.
Items that contain one or more of the followings will not be eligible for return:
- Obvious signs of wear and/or tear
- Damaged or no original tag(s)
- Any size adjustments to the original design
- Damage(s) caused by dirt, sand, sun, water, or makeup
- Obvious odors, such as cigarette smoke, perfume, and colognes
* Refund
1. As soon as we receive your item, we will notify you that we received your package.
2. If the item is returned in its original condition, we will issue a refund within 24 hours.
Please allow paypal 1~2 days to complete the refund process.
Since we are fully aware that getting a right amount of refund in a timely manner is a very
important issue to all buyers, we promise that we are going to be professional in handling the refund process.
* Exchange
1. Once you decide to exchange, please contact us within 14 days from the date of receipt and ask us to check the availability of your replacement item.
If available, please send your item back to us. As soon as we confirm
that the item was returned in its original condition and the
payment for shipping the replacement item was made, we will ship out the new item.
