Up for Auction is this Beautiful Vintage Belleek, FERMANACH Ireland, Ivory, Cream Colored Shell Porcelain Creamer. It has a Raised Floral (or a Snowflake) Pattern, with a basketweave design on the bottom of the creamer. It also has an slightly darker Ivory, Cream Colored Twisted Iridescent handle and inside the creamer. Description(s): This creamer is an ivory/cream color & is void of breaks, cracks, chips or crazing; & I did not find any repair areas. The overall design has a very "low relief" design of Floral or Snowflakes, with a basket design at the bottom of the creamer. The creamer handle appears to be a twisted rope design with a slightly darker iridescent look as well as does the inside of the creamer. The bottom of each piece has a logo, BELLEEK, IRELAND, along w/ other letters & numbers; all in a green color. This creamer was created to have the creamer sit, or "nest", on top of the sugar bowl (which is NOT INCLUDED). This porcelain is Eggshell thin and is very light and delicate. It will be shipped to you Very Well Packed. The BELLEEK mark on the bottom is one of original green mark from Belleek, denoting the time period of Early1800's, Late 1800's, from what I can tell due to my research that I have done on this piece, but I could be wrong. I do not know the exact age, or exact purchase date but it was my great grandmother's piece and I have had it wrapped in storage for many, many years, she died over 20+ years ago at 104 years of age. This piece has been very well cared for over the years and I do not believe they were used but simply displayed, probably in a glass case/cabinet. This piece is in Near Mint condition. This set may not be as old as a set made in 1800, but It is still quite worthy for display and a great conversation Piece, esp. if you can find the matching Sugar bowl. It Measures approx. 2 1/2" Tall x 3 3/8" from pourer to handle, and the base is approx. 1 3/4" Diam. and weighs 2.3 oz. DUE
